Patrick Casey

Patrick Casey has brought his extensive experience in Bankruptcy Law to Roemer & Harnik. His practice focuses on bankruptcy and reorganization.

Mr. Casey was admitted to the Central District of California in 1981, and began his bankruptcy practice with the firm Lowther, Wolk, and Bowen the same year. Since 1981, Mr. Casey has assisted or been primary counsel for debtors in over one thousand bankruptcy cases. He has also represented Chapter 7 trustees, debtors in possession, and creditors.

Mr. Casey was admitted to the California Bar in 1979, and has been practicing law for more than 30 years. He earned his degrees from California State University, Long Beach (B.A.) and the University of West Los Angeles (J.D.).

Mr. Casey is currently on the Board of Directors of the Friends of Big Morongo Canyon Preserve.
